CFSC Membership expires on June 30, 2008. You must be a CFSC member to purchase ice sessions. Print, sign and return ALL 3 pages with payment. Please click here to visit the Membership page to download a membership application.
Print, sign and return BOTH pages of the Ice Contract and the Waiver with payment. You are responsible to review the CFSC Ice Rules. You must also renew your CFSC membership at this time if you have not already done so. |
